No Personal Data are collected automatically. However, data can be collected when submitting the contact form, or when subscribing to an event, see further.

When filling in our building & building-management-system intake form we collect:
This information is used to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether and how we can help with your project. We process it only for that purpose, on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form.
Your name and e-mail address are automatically removed from our database six (6) months after submission. You can request earlier removal or a copy of your data at any time, as described above.
When subscribing to one of our events using the google form we collect the following Personal Data:
You give your permission to store this data. Your name and e-mail address are used to contact you with respect to the event. Your name and affiliation can be shared with other organisers and speakers at the event.
Your Personal Data will be removed after the event unless you provide your express permission in the subscription form to contact you after the event.
Some of our forms include a separate, optional checkbox asking whether Builtwins may send you a newsletter and commercial information by e-mail. Ticking it is never required to submit the form or to have your request handled.
If you tick it, we store your name, e-mail address and use them only to send you our newsletter and commercial e-mailings. We keep this consent until you withdraw it. You can withdraw at any time, via the unsubscribe option in any such e-mail or by contacting us (see below), after which we stop sending and remove you from that list.
Builtwins BV reserves the right to update this privacy policy. We advise you to review this Privacy Policy regularly when you visit our website, in case it changes. Amended versions of this Statement take effect ten (10) days after their publication on the website.
